The Mayor of Laglio has issued a statement saying he has tightened the rules for paparazzi no more then 3 people can stand outside of George Clooneys Villa and the waterways will be watched as well. Looks like it could be harder for Stacy Keibler to have her pap shot's done this Summer if she goes at all.
